Due to the nature of our cosmetic products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
Returns
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all sales are final once a product has been opened.
We gladly accept returns or exchanges if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition with the shrink wrap tamper seal fully intact.
We may accept a return or replacement if:

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we'll provide instructions for the return or replacement. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was received damaged or incorrect. For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Rooted Ritual cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after your refund has been processed for it to appear on your statement. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

As every individual's scalp and skin are unique, reactions to natural ingredients can vary. Due to the personal nature of cosmetic products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for products based on individual sensitivities, allergies, or adverse reactions.
If you have known allergies or sensitive skin, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.
